Meditation Made Simple

The beginner’s path. This 1-hour course is the perfect starting point to dip your toe into the water of meditation. Covering the basics of beginning a meditation practice in a condensed format,  you will achieve the fundamental knowledge and understanding to begin a healthy meditation practice.

Just Meditation

This 3-week, 1-hour course builds on Meditation Made Simple, expanding  your practice through background knowledge of setting a spiritual-based practice, meditation experience, and guidance to build your practice.

A Meditation Journey

Covering the history, science, and practice, this is our most comprehensive course delivered by mental health and meditation experts Dr. Karen Baker, Dr.  Massey and Nicole Watters.  This in-depth,  1-hour, 3-week course is comprised of:

  • A basic understanding of the history of meditation
  • An in-depth education of the physiological and psychological benefits and research of a meditation practice
  • Guided meditations, each with a separate purpose, to support your evolving meditation practice

We have a wonderful learning space available for an in-person experience with guided meditations in Geneva, IL.  We have 3 beautifully appointed meditation rooms.


Our center is nestled in the trees near the Fox River and makes for a relaxing escape. Meditating with your team in our facility is a unique, peaceful experience and we would love to host your next retreat or team outing.
