A Virtual instructor led course which teaches deep breathing, beginning meditation and learning how to connect with your intuition.

This course will help you to:

• Learn and practice diaphragmatic breathing, and how and why it is important
• Learn and practice how to turn within and practice a breathing meditation
• Prepare yourself and your space for meditation
• Learn how developing a meditation practice will strengthen your own ability to experience your intuition
• Learning and practicing how to recognize your own intuition, what intuition is, and how it may look different for each of us
• Learn and understand that we all have these abilities; we may just need to practice and exercise them
